The Chamber Hub & WITT | Te Pūkenga Industry Breakfast was an great opportunity to forge meaningful connections, savor delicious coffee, and engage with a diverse group of individuals. This particular event took place at Bell Block, which motivated me to embark on a refreshing bike ride at 6 am. I was fortunate to traverse the remarkable Ngamotu, New Plymouth cycleway, which not only enhanced my safety amidst the bustling morning traffic but also allowed me to relish the invigorating seaside breeze.
The value of encountering new acquaintances and discovering the endeavors of others within our local district cannot be overstated. I am immensely grateful to Rebecca Mende, Membership Coordinator of the Taranaki Chamber of Commerce, for her inspirational presence, which made every ounce of effort worthwhile.
Witnessing the participation of Te Pūkenga staff representatives and other businesses, and hearing about their developments and offerings, was truly uplifting. It further underscored the vitality of our community and the potential for collaboration and growth.
With renewed energy, I hopped back onto my saddle and made my way home for an engaging online meeting. I have genuine delight in the individuals I encountered and the grounded nature that resonates within the Taranaki community. This way of life is increasingly captivating me, and I am inspired to capture their stories through the art of photography or videography in the future. These stories deserve to be celebrated and brought to life, for it is the remarkable journey we embark upon that truly deserves to be shared and cherished.
