I had to go to Claris today and stopped by Awana, impressed by the surf, I stopped to create some images. The size, power and weight of these waves are very impressive. Aotea, Great Barrier Island is almost a reversal of the two main Islands. It is like the East is the West, and the West in the East. These waves are the result of Cyclone Cody and the Devistational eruption in Tonga. You would need a big set of lungs to be out there today! P1140130
