Having the opportunity to capture someone's wedding day is an immense privilege, I love it! It comes with a profound sense of responsibility, requiring thorough preparation, extensive research, and meticulous attention to photographic and video workflows. Moreover, it entails the ability to adapt to any unexpected situations and having contingency plans ready at hand. Flexibility is key in this role. The key is to narrate the love story through captivating images. There are priceless and emotionally charged moments that simply cannot be overlooked.
Recently, I had the honor of photographing the wedding of Sam and CJ. The celebration took place at Sam's grandparent's farm and it was an awesome setting, filled with amazing individuals who gathered to witness this extraordinary milestone. My day is seen through the camera lens, my mind raced with excitement, constantly searching for the perfect moments and angles. It is a unique and humbling perspective that I am privileged to possess, and it brings me immense satisfaction. I absolutely love it!

I can feel the slight nervous tension, yet the day tends to oddle warm and wonderful energy with the expectation of the day to come.
With all the guests present it is time for the ceremony.
Vows are given, tears flow, smiles are beamed and CJ & Sam declare their love and unity for each with little Nikau by their side. (Banjo the dog is tied up).
CJ & Sam united, jiggle their way to the future.
The transition from ceremony to party begins.
Not everyone can be physically present. However many are there in well-wishing thoughts and love.
The night is young!
